Sanjika is a certified National Tour guide Lecturer for Dutch Language.
During the 17 years that She lived in the Netherlands Sanjika worked in tourism and completed a 3-year bachelor in Reflexology therapy.
Sanjika returned to Sri Lanka with her Dutch family in 2009 to help her country recover after the civil war.
Sanjika, is very proud of her Sri Lankan Heritage and sees it as a privilege to share her knowledge and insights with her guests.
Who We Are
Lotus-Reizen is the Sri Lanka travel expert. We are able to offer competitive prices because our costs are much lower than regular travel agencies. We only work through internet and we are based in the hearth of Sri Lanka. Our goal is not to make a large profit, but to give our guest an unforgettable experience and at the same bring some prosperity to Sri Lanka.

Siran Rajapaksa has worked in the hotel industry in several countries before returning to Sri Lanka. Siran has a thorough knowledge of Sri Lankan hotel industry and has a good understanding of the requirements of guests from Holland & Belgium. Siran is a true host and will everything with-in his power to give his guests and unforgettable experience in Sri Lanka.

Though a lotus is rooted in mud, it is an exquisitely beautiful and remarkable flower.
The pearl-like surface of the lotus rejects dirt in the same way as a Buddha-mind rejects all negative thoughts and influences.
The many petals of the lotus symbolize the mental and spiritual layers that an individual has to overcome to reach Buddhahood.
We believe that there is a lotus in everyone and that with the right understanding and discipline every human being can bring beauty and harmony to the world without being polluted by day to day challenges.
